Shipping policy
We usually dispatch all our orders within 1-3 business days. Black Friday and other Sales orders will be dispatched within 7 business days. Should any unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 1 working day of placing your order. We will SHIP FREE all orders to EU and UK over 100 EUR. Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties. We are not required to inform customers of such additional costs and are not required to refund such costs to the customer. You can track your order using your tracking number and the link on your dispatch confirmation email. Please find below the list of countries we deliver the Munio products. At the moment, we are not shipping orders to the USA due to the changing situation with import duties, which is causing dissatisfaction among our customers.
