Hello, first of all I have to say I that I love Munio candles. I have purchased a few items and always been satisfied. However, I recently purchased this diffuser as a gift but it didn't arrive on time so I placed another order to be delivered to the receiver (I wanted to give it by hand) and she loved it. Now, my issue is I have written 4 times to Munio team to assist me with the refund- twice on email, twice on instagram but no one has reached out to help me go about this. I'm not usually fussy but I'm very upset with the service so far.
